Di NARD President, Dr. Tope Osundara, wey announce say dem don stop di strike talk say, "Goment don do some of di things wey we ask for. Dem promise to look into di oda matters. We don stop di strike; our members go resume work tomorrow (Monday).
We do dis to show say we get good intention and to help Nigerians wey dey find better healthcare for our hospitals,” he tok.

Dis one include make dem pay di 2025 Medical Residency Training Fund now, settle five months arrears from di 25–35 per cent Consolidated Medical Salary Structure review, and clear all salary backlogs wey dey.

Dem also list oda matters like unpaid 2024 accoutrement allowance arrears, specialist allowance payments, and make Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria recognize West African postgraduate membership certificates. Plus, dem ask say make National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria give membership certificates to qualified candidates, implement di 2024 Consolidated Medical Salary Structure, settle welfare matters for Kaduna State, and help resident doctors for Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital for Ogbomoso.
